We work to keep website information useful and current, but salon hours, equipment, services, product availability, promotions, staffing, pricing, and other details can change. Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and should not be treated as a guarantee that a particular service, product, machine, promotion, or time slot is available at a particular location.

Call your preferred Solar Escape location before visiting when availability matters. If website information conflicts with current information provided directly by a location, the location's current information controls for that visit or transaction.

3. Walk-In Services and Availability

Walk-in access is subject to location hours, capacity, equipment availability, maintenance, service availability, eligibility requirements, and applicable salon policies. Wait times may occur. A location may modify or discontinue a service, restrict use of equipment, or decline to provide a service when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, equipment operation, or salon policy.

4. Tanning and Service Disclosures

Indoor tanning and other salon services may involve risks and may not be appropriate for every person. Website descriptions are not medical advice and are not a substitute for instructions, warnings, contraindications, manufacturer guidance, professional medical advice, or the information presented at the salon.

You are responsible for providing accurate information requested in connection with a service and for reviewing applicable warnings and instructions. Results from tanning, spray tanning, airbrushing, red light services, teeth whitening, products, or other services can vary by person and by service. Photos, testimonials, reviews, descriptions, or examples are illustrative and do not guarantee identical results for every customer.

Service availability also varies by location. Red light has been promoted at the New Rochelle location, and teeth whitening availability should be confirmed directly with the preferred location.

8. Pricing, Promotions, Products, and Offers

Prices, packages, memberships, promotions, discounts, product inventory, and offer terms may change and may vary by location. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable offer, promotions are subject to their stated conditions, availability, expiration dates, exclusions, and location-specific rules. Contact the location for current details before relying on an offer.

Typographical, display, or technical errors do not create an obligation to honor information that is clearly erroneous, subject to applicable law.

9. Salon Rules and Customer Conduct

Customers are expected to follow posted rules, employee instructions, equipment instructions, hygiene and safety requirements, and applicable law. Solar Escape may restrict access or service for unsafe, disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate conduct, subject to applicable law.

The website may link to Google, Yelp, social media, maps, payment services, or other third-party platforms. These services are independently operated. Solar Escape is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, ratings, user-generated content, or technical performance.
